The following IF statement is still not working. My current data show the equipment - nominaltonnage to be 5 with a payout of $3750. If([Customer - Related Client]=20 and ([Measure]="Replace On Burnout" or [Measure]="New Construction") and [MeasureDate]>=Date(2020,1,1) and [Equipment - SEERrange]>=18 and [Equipment - AC or Heat Pump]="GeoThermal",Max([Equipment - NominalTonnage]*750,3000)) Thanks Stephen ------------------------------ Stephen Anguiano ------------------------------ Help with formulaMy requirements were the following: Program = Residential Measure = M&V and any of these: M&V_allclean = No TO_CalculatedCFMPerTon < 340 TO_CalculatedCFMPerTon > 460 If Equipment ? MeteringDevice = TXV and TO_Subcooling > TO_SubcoolingTarget plus 5 If Equipment ? MeteringDevice = TXV and TO_Subcooling < TO_SubcoolingTarget minus 5 If Equipment ? MeteringDevice does not equal TXV and TO_Superheat > TO_TargetSuperHeat plus 5 If Equipment ? MeteringDevice does not equal TXV and TO_Superheat < TO_TargetSuperHeat minus 5 Below is what I came up with and it's not working. If([Customer - Program]="Residential" and [Measure]="M&V" and [M&V_allclean]=false and [TO_CalculatedCFMPerTon]<340 and [TO_CalculatedCFMPerTon]>460 and [Equipment - MeteringDevice]="TXV" and ([TO_Subcooling]>[TO_SubcoolingTarget] + 5 or [TO_Subcooling]<[TO_SubcoolingTarget] - 5) and [Equipment - MeteringDevice]<>"TXV" and ([TO_Superheat]>[TO_TargetSuperHeat] + 5 or [TO_Superheat]<[TO_TargetSuperHeat] - 5), "140") Thanks for any assistance.Re: Help in using ""<>"" in a formula.Evan, Thanks for the information and I was able to prove your theory. I did not see everything after the decimal point because of the field settings. Thanks.Re: Help in using ""<>"" in a formula.[TO_iM_StaticPressureCFM] is a numeric field and [TO_CalculatedCFM] is a formula - numeric field.Re: Help in using ""<>"" in a formula.Evan, I am not getting an error message. I am getting the wrong results it is returning matches and I want to see mismatches. Thanks StephenHelp in using ""<>"" in a formula.I am trying to find mismatches when comparing two fields. The [TO_iM_StaticPressureCFM] is numeric field while the [TO_CalculatedCFM] field is a formula - numeric field. The below script is not working correctly. I guess I am not using the "<>" correctly. If([Customer - Related Client]=3 and [AirFlowMethodID]=2 and [TO_iM_StaticPressureCFM]<>[TO_CalculatedCFM],"Does not match"&"\n")& ThanksManaging UsersCan users be tied to my client table in QuickBaseto easily identify which users belong to each clientso I can bill them on the number of users? Thanks for any information. How would I go about automating a current ""if"" statement ? I currently have a Formula-Text field with 10 true statements, and now I want to automate it when any 5 of the 10true statements occur I want to change Field-X output from Y to a Z. Any suggestion on how to make this happen? Re: Updating script with specific datesThis works perfectly!!! ThanksRe: Updating script with specific datesProgram Year is determined by either [Program approved] or [Permanently Rejected]. Do you see the Dynamic Filter it has "Blank" for a year? It is because [Program approved] or [Pernanently Rejected] is "Null". Will this script below fix that "Blank" in my Dynamic Filter? IF(not IsNull([Program approved]), ToText(Year([Program approved])),not IsNull([Permanently Rejected]), ToText(Year([Permanently Rejected]))), IF( IsNull([Program approved]) and Isnull([Permanently Rejected]), "2018") Thanks
