ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Edit Record button doesn't work (a=er) Regarding your last suggestion about accomplishing this via a DFR: I have a similar challenge, but one of the edits I want to make is to increment a numeric field by 1. I don't think a form rule can help me to do this. Am I overlooking something? Re: Removing duplicate values from a formula field Re: Mark a record in a record picker Thank you, Mark. I'm not seeing a summary checkbox option, but I did add a numeric summary field and have filtered report on that summary field being equal to zero. Turns out, we may not implement this, but it is nice to know it can be done. Thanks again Mark a record in a record picker I have a parent table called Housing and child table called Enrollment. As part of the enrollment process, user will assign a housing unit via a record picker in Housing table. When this happens, I'd like to mark that housing unit as "booked" so I can then filter it out of record picker results. Is it possible to mark a record in a record picker or is there a better way to accomplish end result--i.e., prevent double-booking? Re: Make entire form not editable based on dynamic rulePlease disregard my question. I considered your earlier suggestion regarding formula field and that was my solution. Thank youRe: Make entire form not editable based on dynamic ruleHi, Mark I've seen many solutions from you and I was wondering if you could give me some guidance. I am wanting to prevent editing of a record on a particular form if a) the user is the record owner and b) if a particular field has a particular value (e.g., relation to head of household = "self"). I can do this field by field using a dynamic form rule, but there must be a more elegant solution. I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thank you in advance
