My end goal is pasted below, essentially I want to query GetFieldValues for specific fields on table 1 for every keyword contained in any given record in table 2. Is there a way to arrange a GetFieldValues(GetRecords()) formula to achieve the columns highlighted in Yellow? ------------------------------ Courtney Rapp ------------------------------ Formula for Record RankingI am looking for advice on creating an automated numeric rank of records based on 2 fields. Here is an example of the data I'm working with and what the desired results are: Record Primary Code Secondary Code Rank Project A Medium Benefit $10,000 2 Project B High Benefit $20,000 1 Project C Low Benefit $5,000 3 Project B is ranked 1 because it is in the High Benefit Category and it's Secondary Code value is higher than Project A. If I were to add a Project D with Primary Code=High Benefit and Secondary Code=$50,000, then Project D would be ranked 1 and the rest of the records would be shifted down one rank. Appreciate any suggestions or advice! ------------------------------ Courtney Rapp ------------------------------ Conditional field typesIs there a way to setup field types to be conditional? Meaning if [Field 1]=A, then [Field 2] runs a formula calculation, however, if [Field 1]=B or C or D, then allow user to manually fill in [Field 2]. My thought was basically make [Field 2] run as a numeric formula field if specified by [Field 1], but otherwise it is just a regular numeric field that someone can enter a value into.Re: Sum product in one column by day/date in another columnHello again, I wasn't able to make the comment directly above work for what I need, however, I was able to make the original formula for the cumulative sum to work. My next question is then how do I get those results to convert to numbers for formula use? Basically if I want to subtract the cumulative results from another summary field number, is there a way to do that? Based on a preliminary search I'm not seeing anything on like a 'ToNumber' for rich text formula fields...Re: calculating percentages based on checkboxesI double checked, all Field #A or B are numeric lookup fields. Thanks for your help!Re: calculating percentages based on checkboxesNumeric. I also tried Nz, no luck.Re: calculating percentages based on checkboxesSo it is a numeric field, but the <>0 is not working? Here's how I entered: If(([Checkbox]=true) & [Field 1B]<>0, [Field 1A]/[Field 1B] I'm getting this error: Is there a way to do not Null? I tried just not IsNull and that didn't work either...Re: calculating percentages based on checkboxesYes! For all Field #B = " " I want them to be "is not blank", I thought that's what " " meant?calculating percentages based on checkboxesI am looking for a way to calculate a percentage based on a checkbox and if a value exists for a specific field. So basically: If(([Checkbox]=true) & [Field 1B]=" ", [Field 1A]/[Field 1B], ([Checkbox]=true) & [Field 2B]=" ", [Field 2A]/[Field 2B], ([Checkbox]=true) & [Field 3B]=" ", [Field 3A]/[Field 3B]),... My goal is if a record's Checkbox is checked and it contains a value in Field 1A, then calculate Field 1A & Field 1B percentage. If Field one 1A does not contain a value, then check Field 2A for value, and Field 2B/Field 2A (and so on). As of now, the result I'm getting is blank. I've tested with various Fields and not getting a different result. Would appreciate any help! Re: How to place the ""full report"" on home page/dashboard?I'm a dummy, I completely missed getting rid of the filter in the report customization. Never used it before. Thanks for your help!
