Just did about the same thing to build an AR map by month. Group your rows by company and columns by your AR category. Build out a detail drilldown report to show the details you want. ------------------------------ Nathan Maubert ------------------------------ Re: Code Page - Redirect to Edit mode retains and redirects to code page on save So if I am understanding you adding a confirm would be on load. however I do not want the user redirected back to the page each time only to have to click a cancel button as this certainly would be confusing. Managed to open the code page as a pop-up and refresh the original report. Might be good enough for now but can't embed this button on any forms as it does redirect incorrectly there (causes a second copy). ------------------------------ Nathan Maubert ------------------------------ Re: Rate Increase We also had the same last year and had to accept less service. The way that they metered the API calls in the past seemed some what a mystery based on what I am seeing now in our account. I am now expecting another larger and add-on bill for additional reads to be issued soon which actually doesn't make sense. Likely also moving away from the platform unless they change something. It is certainly unfortunate. ------------------------------ Nathan Maubert ------------------------------ Re: Pop up Older post and perhaps a longshot but is there a way to adjust the pop-up width/height from the rich text button? (apologies if it is in another post somewhere) ------------------------------ Nathan Maubert ------------------------------ Re: Code Page - Redirect to Edit mode retains and redirects to code page on save Unfortunately the record is a template project and could be copied several times over. I am wondering if I can open the code page in a pop-up and on completion close and then refresh the original page or redirect it to the edit record form. Just not sure how or if that would work. ------------------------------ Nathan Maubert ------------------------------ Code Page - Redirect to Edit mode retains and redirects to code page on save I have a code page that creates a (copied) record, manipulates a bunch of relationships and at the end of the code opens in the new record in edit mode. The issue is when the user hits native save button it redirects back to the code page rather than the table home page or even the record in view mode (ideal). Unfortunately the redirect causes another copy of the record to be created in a wonderful loop. Have tried to use replace vs href when building the new URL and rdr but it behaves the same. Have other similar code pages but this is the first time I have run into the issue. Any help would be great. ------------------------------ Nathan Maubert ------------------------------ Create a ""shopping cart"" to add multiple child records in many-to-many relationshipI have a many-to-many relationship and I am looking to create a "shopping cart" where by a user can select multiple entries and create child records for a many-to-many relationship. I can break the tables down as follows: Receiving Slip -> Item Receipt <- Items Essentially when items are received they are added to a receiving slip. Items are related to the receiving slip by the vendor and are filtered in the report by items outstanding. I have tried using the process selected records to select records from the items table however I am not sure how to pass the related receiving slip into items table to process the records and created the Item Receipts. Ideally I would like to code the item selection table in a pop-up. Anyone done something similar?Re: Join and summarize data found in several tablesThanks For the Reply. I can see how that will roll-up all of the amounts based on date but I ma not sure how it will be filtered on cost Codes and Projects. I don't just need an over all total but a total specific to a cost code and then project for each month.Join and summarize data found in several tablesI am looking to build a report that summarizes data found in multiple tables essentially the database is structured as follows: Projects have many Cost Codes Cost Codes have many Time Tickets Cost Codes have many Expenses Cost Codes have many Materials Each Time Ticket, Expense, Material has a cost associated with it. Each Time Ticket, Expense, Material has a date associated with it. What I need to do is build a report that summarizes the total cost associated with the time, materials and expenses grouping based on the month (date) each of the categories. I would like to display this both as a table as well as a bar chart. Anyone have a solution?
