formatting in API_GenResultsTable
Hi folks, I am working on a HTML page which uses API_GeneResultsTable api to put a table. The header of the data has a formatting , something like this and I want to change that. I have tried playing with css but it doesn't help. Does someone know how we can do this? Hi I wish to upload an excel file into Quickbase and also perform validations while uploading so that I upload only validated rows. The default quickbase Table upload functionality will not work as it doesn't allow me to write customise validation for each row. I am ok to write Javascript for this, but not sure on how do i construct the javascript. Also open to use Pipelines, but to be honest I am still not very comfirtable with pipelines. Hi there! I am creating a pipeline to automate my month end reporting. I intend this to run (preferably automatically on first of every month for the last month). The first task is to create the no. of tickets for the last month. I query all the tickets and wish to count the no. of tickets. I see that i don't have a action for that, whereas I have action to add a record, update a record or delete a record, but I have no action to count the records. How can I do that ? For a moment, i thought I can use templating language (ninja, which pipelines is based on), but had no luck. Hi Thanks to GDPR and Data Privacy acts, I need to keep critical customer and employee data on a SQL server hosted in our company's data center. I have three needs and would want opinion from experts on how to move forward: 1)- In a QB form, if i enter a employee number, I want the form to reach to the SQL server and extract the employee data and show it in quickbase form. I don't want the data which I have pulled to be saved in Quickbase. 2)- In the QB form, how can i build a search screen for all employee. 3)- In the Quickbase Report, how can i pull the data while report of a record is being listed. To explain better, the record which i would save in form in step 1 will have the employee id. Now in report I want to show employee name and other related fields. How do i construct a report in such a scenario ? I am willing to try something outside quickbase for the same. Hi I have a similar requirement where i want to keep all my customer , employee data outside quickbase on a sql server. One issue is to get that data on a Quickbase form (as described in this). In addition to this there are other scenarios like using the sql server data in a quickbase report Providing a help screen on quickbase form where user can search a customer / employee. Another way could be to link records by using Predecessor field so that you can have a more meaningful derived date field from a previous record which is already completed or in progress....the way you will do it for a project schedule and produce a gantt chart!2Views0likes0Comments
