But if thats what I gotta do its what I gotta do! ------------------------------ Tony Sugent ------------------------------ Multiple emails on notificationMy company has a "Client Notification" email notification that goes on when a multi-line text field is modified for one of our support tickets in Quickbase. I am wondering if there is a way to have the email notification recognize commas as a way of separating multiple email addresses so that we can notify more than one client per ticket with out having multiple fields. ------------------------------ Tony Sugent ------------------------------ Re: File Attachment URLWelp.... That did it. Thanks for the quick reply Mark. ------------------------------ Tony Sugent ------------------------------ File Attachment URLI am trying to embed a url to a QuickBase attachment within a form. I've done this numerous times in other tables and apps but it looks like this one is a little different. The key field for this one is not Record ID# it is a field that we created. It looks like whoever made that change years ago also deleted the Record ID field, maybe. If I look at the revisions of the file by clicking the link on the form it shows me a Record ID.. But it doesn't look like there's anyway for me to access that within the Rich Text formula field I'm using. Can you guys think of any way for me to access the Record ID even though it "doesn't exist" Also, [Record ID#] doesn't work.. ------------------------------ Tony Sugent ------------------------------ Re: Relationship question This is exactly what I was looking for! I assumed the relationship acted like a pipeline for data between the apps. But it appears it's more 1 to 1 than I thought. Table is made and the boss is happy. I appreciate the help! ------------------------------ Tony Sugent ------------------------------ Re: Relationship question I do not. For some reason when I try and add a relationship it doesn't seem make the same sort of field. I'm not sure how to describe it. Do you have a link to a video to show me how to properly make the relationships? Thank you! ------------------------------ Tony Sugent ------------------------------ Re: Relationship question I tried that. But I couldn't get it to auto populate the phone and email fields after the name was selected ------------------------------ Tony Sugent ------------------------------ Relationship question Hey everyone, I have a little predicament I'm in attempting to use relation ships. I have one table that I am attempting to pull data into a form. Basically, I want to be able to select the name of a customer from our joiner app's customer table and populate the fields in our properties app's customer tree table. But when I do all of the fields populate with the same data. I want to be able to have multiple customers from the customer table in the customer tree table. Here are some screenshots of what I'm referring to. Contract Tree Table (want data in here): Contacts Table(want data from here): ------------------------------ Tony Sugent ------------------------------ Re: Formula help Mark, The attached screenshots demonstrate where were are trying to get the percent complete from (TT#6998) and the onboarding ticket that we are trying to get the percent to. So far all the information in the onboarding ticket is put in their through an automation with the exception of the complete field. I hope this helps. ------------------------------ Tony Sugent ------------------------------ Re: Formula helpYep! I'm the DevOps Engineer here. The API call just shows as a URL though haha. Nope, it would be a 1 to 1. Although that is a good idea to have an overarching percentage as well. Basically the Onboarding ticket is just a list of open task tickets related to that specific employee and I would like to just have the Complete % (a field that is manually filled in in the task ticket) displayed next to the tasks entry in the Onboarding ticket. I can post some screenshots here shortly if that was a poor explanation. ------------------------------ Tony Sugent ------------------------------
