This works. How do we use the log entry on a status field that is used in report filters?I'm using a "Text - multi-line" field as a status field on a record. I also have log entries turned on for my status field. The status field is also used as a filter in reports. The problem I'm having is that everytime someone changes the status the field is date & time stamped (as expected). However, the date and time stamp makes the field impossible to use as a filter. For example, if a user changes the status field to "In Process," then the field is stamped with "[OCT-04-17 <User Name>] In Process." Unfortunately, this messes up the filter for the report. How can I fix this so that we have a status field that is used for report filtering and log entries?Re: Change Log Entry text color in ReportOkay. ThanksChange Log Entry text color in ReportI have a drop down field with Log Entry enabled. However, in the report, the data for the log entry field is colored red. Can we change the color of the font in the report? If so, how?Re: Using an ""Unknown"" option in a User List. This might actually work. I can create a user in the application called "unkown@url.com" When that is selected, it will indicate that the record needs to be properly assigned.Re: Using an ""Unknown"" option in a User List. The field type is "User - ListRe: Using an ""Unknown"" option in a User List.I forgot that detail. It is a required field. Leaving it blank would cause an issue.Using an ""Unknown"" option in a User List.I need to assign a record using a User List drop-down field. However, the person selecting the assigned person may not know who the assigned-to user should be. So, we need to add an option for "Unknown" in the drop-down. How can we do this without using a license?
