Auto-Logout
Did QB recently (within the past few months) make any updates that would impact a user being auto-logged out due to inactivity? Admittedly this hasn't happened to me as I spend a big chunk of my day in QB, but I've had a lot of users complain that they've been getting logged out more and more often. Apparently they used to go the entire day without getting logged out (despite our realm-level policy being set at 2 hours of inactivity before triggering a log out), and now they're reporting as little as 30 minutes of inactivity before being asked to log back in again. It's a mild annoyance that's impacted a lot of my users. Something I never really noticed because I hardly go 20 minutes without using QB during work hours, but maybe our 2 hour logout policy at the realm level wasn't being enforced properly and now it sort of is?

Hi all: My non-profit in Detroit is looking to develop a job description to hire an individual to manage our Quickbase work. I am looking for sample job descriptions that we could build off of. We are specifically looking to develop a job description for an individual who my not have QB experience but has low code or just good experience with technical problem solving. Specifically a more junior level person. Is anyone willing to reply and share their organizational job descriptions?
Audit Logs Number of Times a Record is Added or Modified
I am trying to find out how many times a record is added or modified in an app. I don't want a list of each time this happened I just want a number totalling for each time a record is added and a number for when a form is modified for a particular time period. Hi team, Hope you are doing great! I want to configure my Quickbase app so that no user, regardless of their role, can download or export tables and reports. I’m looking for the best practices or settings to completely block these actions at the app or role level, without having to edit each report individually. Any tips or step-by-step guidance would be appreciated.
