On Tuesday 01-06-2026, I accidently deleted Claim Records back to August 2025. This is over 2,000 records. I immediately started a case with QuickBase, received an email with a case number. I have not heard back from Tech Support, I've made 2 calls to Sales (hoping for help) and emailed both of our Account Reps. Have not heard back from any one. You can still submit cases and interact with support engineers as before. Before & After Current Experience: New Experience: Why We’re Making This Change Get immediate answers to common questions. Resolve simple issues without waiting in a queue. Have your case routed more accurately when you do need to speak to a support engineer. Getting Started On September 3rd, visit the new portal by simply clicking the question mark Icon in the product and selecting "Open a New" or "Manage Support Cases." Once in the portal, you’ll notice the AI Help Bot ready to help you with your inquiries. Simply type your question, and it will guide you! We Want Your Feedback!
