Restore Data
On Tuesday 01-06-2026, I accidently deleted Claim Records back to August 2025. This is over 2,000 records. I immediately started a case with QuickBase, received an email with a case number.
I have not heard back from Tech Support, I've made 2 calls to Sales (hoping for help) and emailed both of our Account Reps. Have not heard back from any one.
Any help from any one of how to get ahold of Tech Support would be greatly appreciated.

To access, go to the ? icon in Quickbase and then select "Manage Support Cases". Once in the portal, you should see the case you submitted with responses from Tech Support. Since there was no reply from you, the case was resolved, but don't worry, this can be reopened. They'll simply need to hear from you directly in the case.
