On Tuesday 01-06-2026, I accidently deleted Claim Records back to August 2025. This is over 2,000 records. I immediately started a case with QuickBase, received an email with a case number. I have ...

To access, go to the ? icon in Quickbase and then select "Manage Support Cases". Once in the portal, you should see the case you submitted with responses from Tech Support. Since there was no reply from you, the case was resolved, but don't worry, this can be reopened. They'll simply need to hear from you directly in the case.
