What is the maximum app size/record count in Quick Base?

There is no limit on the record count. However the maximum size is 500 MB.
The only fields that take up any space are data entry fields. Summary and look up fields and formula fields do not take up any space.
While there is help text I could probably locate if I put my mind to it truthfully the easiest way to estimate how many records your table will hold is to put in a representative quality of records and check what the record count is and then look in App Management, and Show Statistics to see how full the table is. The table is 10% full then you can add 90% more records.

------------------------------- Thank you for the info. It is entirely possible the app will have more the 250,000 records. The largest table currently has 120,000 records and a file size around 60 MB.

99% of the time there is no practical limit on the app size, just individual table limits. The exception, I understand, is if you get into thousands of simultaneous users.
