Limiting Time Of Day Field Options

Question

A Time of Day field lists from 12AM to 11:30PM.
Can I create a formula that tells the list to start at 6AM?
My employees are clicking 2:30AM when they mean 2:30PM. I'm trying to limit the options of AM time.------------------------------Jillian------------------------------

is this some kind of drop-down list of choices in the multiple-choice field, or is this a selection off of a relationship? Or is this just free form data entry for the time of day?
