Possible bug when hiding tabs?

I have a care ticket in, but am curious if anyone has come across this behavior.

When you have multiple tabs in a form, and use a dynamic form rule to hide the first tab - it will properly show it hidden in view mode. But in edit mode, it hides the tab itself, but shows all the fields contained in the tab.

It only happens when hiding the first of multiple tabs. Can anyone else confirm this behavior?
