    The Quickbase Junkie has a nice help page on Query Syntax, which have many uses including to be used on Formula Queries.

    How to write Queries in Quickbase

    What is the difference between the operator .EX. and .TV.  ?

    Just a guess but maybe TV is used only for checkboxes? An alternate to an Exact match of 1 or true?

    Mark, I believe this is to reference the index / ID# of a lookup field.

    EX would match the input value,
    TV would match the numeric reference value of a searched proxy field

    I think I came to the conclusion that the TV was used to match on User field types.
