Newbie needs help restoring data

Hey,

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am just getting started and was working through the basic training. When I got to the last training video to set up your dashboard I deleted all the practice data by accident. I have no idea how to restore the data so I can continue training up and experimenting. LOL no back button to restore?  

I am also getting some weird alerts that my data is exposed to the entire internet...

What should do?

    Right, so unlike Excel there is no "undo" button.

    You can put in a support ticket to have your app restored.  They do backups at night for 14 days and then after that weekly Sunday night backups.  It will be good practice for you to learn how support tickets work. Use the ? symbol at the top right of any Quickbase page to  and then the link "Manage Support Cases". That will connect you with the Care Team.
