Newbie needs help restoring data

Hey,Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am just getting started and was working through the basic training. When I got to the last training video to set up your dashboard I deleted all the practice data by accident. I have no idea how to restore the data so I can continue training up and experimenting. LOL no back button to restore?&nbsp;&nbsp;I am also getting some weird alerts that my data is exposed to the entire internet...What should do?Newbie Betty------------------------------Betty Toto------------------------------

If you are working with a production app, you can request a backup from Quickbase with a support case. You will need realm admin approval for the backup request if you are not already the realm admin.
