Formatting of Form in Notification email

I am trying to send a Form to external users via a Notification. It works great, except that the formatting of the form looks awful in the email.  The Section Headers are very small and the Field names and content are very large.   I've figure out that I can change the Section Headers to Text fields and add HTML to make them larger.  However that doesn't help make the Fields smaller.  If it makes any difference, there is an embedded table also in this report.

What is the best way to do this?

I saw on an old post I could find the source code of the Form, the paste it into the email notification and input the fields into the notification.  That would work for me but I don't know how to get the source code or if it would work with an embedded table.

A different option is to turn that form (or at least the important information) into a PDF and have the system just send that PDF as a file attachment.  Then you can have a clean email, with just a link for the file.
