Hello George,
We call it "Users with the Role of None". You have to go into the field properties of each List-User type field and uncheck "Allow Users to add Choices". It's really annoying, I have asked Quickbase to fix it for a couple years.

Subject: Deactivated users getting added back to my app
Anyone now how deactivated users might be getting added back to my app? We have a table whose key field is user and this table is a parent table to 15 child tables. Obviously the related field in each of these 15 table relationships are also user type. I think I have erased all cases where these deactive users are populating these related fields in the 15 child tables., but we are still getting users added back on. Are there any other reasons why these deactive users might be getting added back on our user list?
