Summary Table Question

I need my Report Columns to show only one instance of a team and not 5,6,7 etc... rows where that team has executed a job.

For example SPP-35 will be executing two jobs, but each job is on it's own row. The managers want to see both jobs, on a single row... is this possible in a Summary Table? Or can I do this thru a query? If so, how?
