Exact Form Embedded Reports

I CANNOT figure this out, after google, quickbase community, and quickbase support, I cannot seem to figure out how to get the embedded report of my choice to show up in my exact form.

I was not authorized to pay for an additional subscription per my company.
PLEASE help me.
I am a novice at this area of QuickBase.

This is what quickbase gives you, and no matter how many times I fiddle with it, nothing shows up!

~=qdb.GetURL("DetailsTableDBID", "API_GenResultsTable^query={'DetailsFieldID'.EX.'"+ field["MasterSourceField"]+"'}^options=nvw.ned.phd.nfg.sortorder-A.groupby-V^slist=DetailsGroupFieldID^ts="+ new Date().getTime());~

    I am sort of having the same issue.  Also took the issue to Office Hours.  They had me do a query instead of trying to override the report, but still says there are no related records.  

    Here is my query statement:

     ~=qdb.GetURL("Table ID", "API_GenResultsTable^query={'Related Field ID'.EX.'"+ field["Record ID of Parent"]+"'}^clist=10.11.6.12.20" + new Date().getTime());~ 

    I underlined and Italicized where you need to plug in your table info, etc.

    Maybe it will work for you!
