    Hey Can anyone help me understand how to set this up properly?

    For step B, I want it to search for all Rows that match the conditional querie on Step A, and then for the records it finds, I want it to update those rows, for records it doesn't find, I want it to create a new row. 

    I tried doing a "insert a condition" after step B where I was going to say if RID for A = RID column in B, Update, but it doesn't let me do that. 

    There is no ability to select a Field (Cell) from step B, 

    But I found this:

    Does that mean that if the List of Rows is ENTIRELY empty as in it didn't find any rows, or just that there are some records from STEP A that don't match Step B?
