Summary report in dashboard links to blank drilldown

I am having an issue where metrics in a summary report that is in a dashboard links to a blank drilldown report. The drilldown report itself has no errors or filters and works fine on its own. In fact, when I view the summary report natively (outside of the dashboard) and click on the metrics, the drilldown report displays the drilldown data properly. Why would this not be working in my dashboard? See attached screen video demonstrating the issue. Thanks in advance for any advice.
