ADDING REVENUE AND EXPENSES

hello all im new to this so far so good but cant seem to get anyone to help. I have a work order table that contains revenue, tech payout, new profit and percentage in revenue how do i go about doing this? Also on the other screen shot i want to preview the service line item from the work order page
