Copying Dashboard

There are 4 of us with 4 different roles, and I would like 4 of us to have the same dashboards - however, certain reports pertain to the specific role.  My question is, do I need to build out the other 3 role's dashboards from scratch?  Or can I somehow copy my dashboard 3 times?

 I tried just having all of us have administrator dashboards, but when I tested the view from their role they see my to-do report instead of their respective to-do list.  Hopefully this makes sense!!!
