Duplicating Page/Dashboard on New App

Hello,

I was wondering is there a way to create a copy of a Dashboard I have in one app and move it to another new app I created. Example: In App 1, I have a page/dashboard named "Clinical Admin Dashboard" with various widgets and images. I would like to copy and use that same dashboard as a template in App 2 so I may revise and update it for the new app. Is there a way to do this?

Please let me know what suggestions you may have. Thanks in advance!
