Pipelines

Hi,

I am new to Quick Base. I have created a pipeline to look for certain records (using Search Records), and update a field to today's date. When the field is updated, it triggers a second pipeline (using Record Updated trigger) which will create a new record in another table. 

When I run the first pipeline it does not update the field and shows the following error:

"Skipped because set values are the same as in source object."

Appreciating your assistance and guidance on how to resolve this.

    I suggest updating p a date time field to the current date time me.  That way you can trigger it more than once a day.  
    The message is saying that it did not update the record because the date was already today's date.
