Widget Code For Dashboard?

I found this really cool weather forecast I love with a widget code, is it possible to add that to the dashboard?? I could NOT figure out a solution.

    Post it here so we can see it.

    You may be able to add it to a DBPage and then link to that page as a web widget on your dashboard.
