1 Application is score by 10 reviewers (users) in Scoring Table. (1 Application table has many Scores)

Thanks for your quick response. I have 2 tables - 1 application have many scoring. I do not have a reviewer table. Manager of that application gives permission to 10 reviewers to review the application and add the scores to the scoring table.
