Accessing two public forms within the same table

Question

I have two forms I want visible to Everyone on the Internet however the forms are within the same table. I'd like each form to be in add record mode only when the link to the form is selected and not via the dashboard.

What link are you referring to in your last sentence? The public link you intend to provide to everyone on the internet? Form navigation can be controlled using the dfid parameter of the URL string, so:&nbsp;

EOTI Form 1 = Form ID 10
EOTI Form 2 = Form ID 11
