Add a filtered report w/Conditional value

Is it possible to add a filtered report to a form using a "Conditional values" setting as the filter?

    A husky dog loves to run and pull sleds.  They just do.

    A Report Link field loves to run reports. They just do.  Any Report. Any Chart. From Any App in your Realm. 

    So just create a Report Link field (you do not need to have. Relationship to have a Report Link field) and configure the left field with any field on the record's  with any other field from any app in your Realm.

      Thx for your quick reply. I envision the report would be filtered based on dynamic selection (via a Conditional Value).

      Is this still doable? I'm not getting any output from a report link field I added to the form. I'm trying to display any history of that form completed/saved based on on the individual selected.
