Yes, I'm looking for the new field (Impacted brand field) to have all options in the Brand field listed vertically so users can select whichever they want.

Can you have the concept of a dedicated table that lists the Brands instead of pulling them from where they are comcing now. Or does that list change too often??
No the list doesn't change too often. Maybe once a month.
There is already a separate table in a different app that houses all the brands individually. I tried to pull that table into my app and then use that field as the source of a multiselect field but I got an error because I have more than 100 brands in that table.
Ideally, I would only want to show the brand names with the same ID# in the multiselect field - that would only be like 5 choices per line item maximum - so it should work but I don't know how to filter the data to only show matching choices.
Is there a way to filter it maybe with a formula multiselect field?
