Add new record button
At the top of the app there is a button that says "Add new record in any table". When a user clicks this button a drop down of every table is shown to them, even tables I have hidden from their role....
In role settings you can hide what tables will show the add button, and it will remove them from this list. But you may also want to consider limiting permissions further if they don't need access to those tables, such as by disabling adding records entirely.
