When that is checked and with appropriate instructions on the form, the users should be able to add Child Problem with our explicitly needing to save first, as it will Auto save.
Yes, I have set Save parent record automatically.
I select the Event, populate the Internet-Client information, click t he 'Add Ticket' (which is the URL to the Problem form), populate the Problem statement, click save, the screen refreshes, the Internet-Client information is in the table, but the Problem data is not in the Problem table.

Qrew LegendIs the Problem not saved (which seems impossible) or are you saying that it was created as an orphan not linked to the Parent Internet-Client form.

Color me totally 'embarrassed'.
I thought I was looking at all the Problems but I was not. Changed the form I was looking at and yes, the Problems associated with the Internet Clients do appear.
Where is the 'blush' but happy it is working the way I wanted it to.
