adding 0s to summary report

Question

There seems to be several much older posts about this. I have a bit of a different scenario i think.

So, i have a score field, that has a value between 0-4. On a parent record, i've pulled everytime that field is recorded as a 0-4 as a seperate field. Is there anyway i can use those summary fields in order to create a table on a form?

I dont want to just have the values stack on top of each other, id prefer that data in a table. Thoughts?

Sorry,&nbsp; but I think that we can use an example here.One Parent has many Children. Ok got it.The Parent table has 5 fields names like[# of 0][# of 1][# of 2][# of 3][# of 4]OK, now what is your question?
