Adding multiple records to a table without Grid Edit

Question

Say I have an Inventory table of units of different materials where each unit of material is it's own record containing details about the material in that unit. And say I get 22 boxes of the same material in on a shipment with identical details. Is there a way to say enter all the information once and then have it created 22 times?
