Adding Yahoo Emails To A Table

I have a table sync with a Yahoo account that has a tendency to fail unless I update the filter to not look back further than a week, depending on how many emails meet the criteria to bring in.  Is there another approach I can take that would be more reliable and not involve as much babysitting?  Can Pipelines take care of appending emails with specific criteria to my table?  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.  The aim is to bring in emails where the subject contains certain information and the sender is a specific email address.
