Adding Child table report to Email

I am trying to create an email notification for a parent table.  This table has a one to many child table for items to include with the parent record.  I would like to include the child records associated to the parent record in table form.  Not a link to the report.  How would I call the child records in table format to be included on the email notification?

  • A low tech solution is to make a form specifically for the email and send a copy of the form in the Notification.

    Another option is to make a super mini form with just the child table and then make your notification with the fields from the parent record you want and then include a Copy of the record below that text, and specify that super mini form with just the child table records as the form to use.

  • Thanks Mark,  I didn't have the "Display the related item records directly on the form" checkbox checked.  Ughh
