They need to do a better job with pipeline errors. Telling you that you need to modify your pipeline, without telling you what is wrong is useless. Unfortunately opening a support ticket doesn't often result in an easy answer.
I'm not sure that this can help you... but one issue that we've experienced such results, related in text being in a field that does not conform to UTF-8 format. I'm not sure if your data is coming from an outside source (like we have), but if it is... you may want to capture the data in a step & analyze the data. Here is a link to info on the scanner.
