Any way to determine where a form was initiated?

I have an internet (not intranet) web page. This web page will have two buttons. I want to use the same form and use a Dynamic Form Rule (?, automation?, ??) to display or hide fields on the sam...

You should always ty to avoid multiple roles for the same Role as the system will not be able to read your mind as to which form to use once he record is saved.

I suggest using form rules.

The Add Record buttons available to the EOTI user can populate a field to indicate the to the form as to which Form Rules should apply.

If you need help with the code for the buttons, then you will need to post the current code and tell us which field needs to be populated with which value.

Maybe I simplified too much.

I have a web page on the internet.

From that web page someone could push one button to register for an online event occurring at a specific date and time to discuss their problem

Or, from the same web page someone could push a different button to submit a problem without registering for an online event.

The same form could be used for both problem submissions with the event time and date selection being hidden (ticket submission) or visible (event registration).

How could you set up a Dynamic Form Rule to hide or show the event time and date based on which web page button was pushed?
