App to track Test Results

Hello, I am wondering if there is an app that would allow the user to build a test in a form.  Send the link to the form to users.  They would fill out the form (test) and the app would grade the subm...

I suggest that you go to My apps ands then link to the Exchange and search on the Keyword "Surveys".  There are example of apps there which are set up for what is known as EOTI.   Everyone on The Internet.  You may need to go to Customer Care to allow your Realm to open up an app for Everyone on the internet.
