Hi Paul,
Mark is right that for your table stats the File Attachments are calculated separately and they are an account wide entitlement that you can find on your My Account page. Limitations to be aware of is there are limits to file attachments for upload to QB and for how many file attachments a table/app can have before it prevents a simple restore but they are calculated separate from your table size. Thank you both. I contacted the realm admin and found out the attachment storage we have available. It was a relief to discover that I was wrong about the file attachments. I mistakenly thought the files counted toward the table size limit. Several projects became much easier once I learned of my error.
