Are you attempting to submit a help ticket for a specific company's application or to Quick Base Support for the entire platform? Quick Base Support for the Platform can be accessed by clicking the Help Question Mark at the top right hand corner of the screen and selecting manage support cases. This will connect you with the Quick Base support team for help with the Quick Base product. Alternatively, if you are using a help ticket for a specific companies application in Quick Base you would need to reach out to the Admin of that company for help as it sounds like you might be having permissions issues.
