Auto fill details table

Dear All,

I have Clients<Assignments tables that deal with chargeable jobs for mobile workers in vans. Each client assignment has Start_time and Finish_time, which we use for charging/invoicing clients.

Between chargeable Assignments during each day workers drive, shop and do paperwork. Those are non-chargeable Assignments are not related to Clients table. At present, these are added manually one at a time.

I would be grateful for any suggestions to "fill" gaps between chargeable Assignments.
