Auto-Pick Unique Records then Reset
Hi,
I have 5 category types. In each category there are 4 options.
I would like to have a report/list texted/emailed out each day, that selects 1 option from each category (5 total).
I would also like it to not select a duplicate value until every option has been selected once.
To word it another way, there should be 4 total messages sent out before all values reset and each message should contain 5 unique options for 5 different categories.
Here is an example of what it would look like, but I would like the options to be randomly selected. The types can stay in the same order.
T=Type; O=Option
Text 1: Text 2: Text3: Text 4:
T1, O-A3 T1, O-A1 T1, O-A4 T1, O-A2
T2, O-B2 T2, O-B1 T2, O-B3 T2, O-B4
T3, O-C2 T3, O-C3 T3, O-C4 T3, O-C1
T4, O-D4 T4, O-D2 T4, O-D1 T4, O-D3
T5, O-E4 T5, O-E3 T5, O-E2 T5, O-E1
What is the best route I should take to tackle this problem?
Thank you,
