I suggest that you create a new Connected Sync table and feed it with a CSV five dropped each day into DropBox, Box, Google Drive or. SFTP on your enterprise system. If you are lucky you may have an IT Department who can create the file and auto upload it to an SFTP path.
You would need to recreate the table form and any manually created fields and any relationships to that that table.
