automated emails - Specific Time

Good Day, 

Is there a way to set a schedule for automated emails to be triggered at a specific time of day?  Thank you!

    Subscription reports cannot be sent at specific time of the day.  They run early in the morning.  If you can be more specific about your use case and are willing to go through the hoops of a pipeline there may be a way to send an automated email at a specified time of day.
