5 years agoNotifications may be created as Type = Open and can go to any emails address, not just users. So you do no need 200 userids.
As for encryption, I don't know much about that. I suppose that you can ask Quickbase support if their native emails are encrypted, and if not you can use Juiced Technologies Add On called "Courier" to send them. Then they can come from your own mail server and you can satisfy yourself about your own encryption settings. https://www.juicedtech.com/courier

Yes, I do understand that I can send notification emails to anyone. Sorry if that wasn't clear. I was referring to 2 possible scenarios:
Scenario 1: email notifications (no user accounts)
Scenario 2: Quickbase access (200 users accounts)
I will check with Quickbase to see if native emails are encrypted. We already use the Courier add-on, so I will inquire with them too.
Again, my goal is easy-setup and a user-friendly way for those who need access to have it.
