Automatic import and Export Excel/CSV from Local pc to quickbase without using third-party apps of quickbase

How to import & export data from local pc to quickbase and quickbase to local pc simultaneously without using third-party connected data apps of quickbase. Can I achieve the same by using webhook?

To be clear, you don't want to use the "Sync" feature of QB? Why reinvent the wheel?

    I can only see how to import from CSV using sync.
    How do I export using sync?
