Automation to add a new record

I'd like to create an automation that creates a new record in one table when a new record is created in a different table. Problem is theres a related drop down field in the new record form to search records in another table. How can I tell it to match what I want to put there exactly, and to pull that record that matches it? Its coming up with 10 different choices and it'll just pick the top one.

    Unless you know exactly what record to connect it to (or can predict it and create a formula to determine the correct value), you'll need to do this in Pipelines, rather than an Automation. Automations doesn't have the ability to do any type of IF/Then or Matching logic.
